Hot Meals

• soup
• main entree
• dessert
• fresh fruit or salad
• and one of a variety of foods (ie. milk, cheese, roll)

Sandwich trays are available as a substitute for the main entree.

Monday through Friday, volunteers deliver the meals. A meal delivery schedule of five days or less is available. Therapeutic and special diets can be accommodated.

Frozen Entrees

Entrees are delivered frozen, on a weekly basis, for storage in your freezer.

These can be used in addition to the hot meals, as the evening meal, or on the weekends.

Frozen entrees are selected by the client from our menu, ready to be heated and served, at your convenience

How do you arrange for this service ?

Seniors and disabled adults, living within the former City of Nepean,  may use this service.

What is the cost ?

Hot meals : $5.35 per meal

 Frozen entrees : $4.35 per entree

Gift Certificates

Meal gift certificates may be purchased by family members/friends for hot/frozen meals to be delivered to Seniors, Adults with physical disabilities, or elderly people convalescing from surgery/illness.
